BRIAN J. HUNTER joined McKellar, Tiedeken and Scoggin as an associate in 2008. Since coming to work for the firm he has been actively involved in defending clients in personal injury and liability defense claims, and representing workers with pursuing their workers’ compensation claims. His family moved to Wyoming in 1975 eventually settling in Casper. He attended Casper College and earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Wyoming in 2000. Prior to enrolling in law school, he worked for a collection agency in Southeast Wyoming. He graduated from the University Of Wyoming College Of Law in 2008. During law school, he was the Student Director for the Prosecution Assistance Program and defended three cases before the Wyoming Supreme Court. Brian is admitted to practice in all Wyoming State and Federal courts.
Brian and his wife Melissa have a son Samuel and daughter Madeline.
